目的 探讨固本咳喘颗粒联合注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法 将秦皇岛市第一医院在2025年1—12月收治的86例慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者作为研究对象，患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各43例。对照组静脉滴注注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠，4.5 g/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上温水冲服固本咳喘颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d。两组持续治疗2周。比较两组的治疗效果、症状改善时间、血清指标。结果 对照组的总有效率为81.40%，治疗组的总有效率为95.35%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者咳嗽、喘息、咯痰改善时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均明显降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组血清hs-CRP、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 固本咳喘颗粒联合注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠可提高慢性支气管炎急性发作期的疗效，改善临床症状，减轻炎症反应。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Guben Kechuan Granules combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for injection in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis admitted to The First Hospital of Qinhuangdao from January to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous drip infusion of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for injection at a dosage of 4.5 g each time, twice daily. The treatment group took Guben Kechuan Granules orally in warm water on the basis of the control group regimen, one bag each time, three times daily. Both groups underwent continuous treatment for 2 weeks. The treatment effects, symptom improvement time, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 81.40% and 95.35%, respectively, with significant differences between two groups (P< 0.05). The improvement time of cough, wheezing, and expectoration in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were significantly reduced in two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-8, and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Guben Kechuan Granules and Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for injection can improve the efficacy of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, alleviate clinical symptoms, and reduce inflammatory reactions.
