[摘要]
目的 探讨芪参益气滴丸联合磷酸肌酸治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 将2025年1月—2025年12月邢台市中心医院收治的病毒性心肌炎患儿100例,经随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组静脉滴注注射用磷酸肌酸钠,≤10岁者予以0.5 g/次,>10岁者予以1.0 g/次,1次/d。治疗组患儿在对照组基础上口服芪参益气滴丸,1袋/次,3次/d。两组患儿均连续治疗14 d。评估两组临床疗效和症状恢复时间,比较两组治疗前后心肌酶谱指标肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平,炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,及心功能指标左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组胸闷气短、恶心呕吐、怠倦乏力恢复时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心肌酶谱指标、炎症因子水平均显著降低、心功能指标则明显改善(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,治疗组心肌酶、炎症因子水平的降低幅度显著更大(P<0.05),心功能指标的改善幅度也更大(P<0.05)。结论 芪参益气滴丸联合磷酸肌酸治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎能显著提高临床疗效,加速症状缓解,改善心肌酶谱和心功能,降低炎症反应,且安全性良好。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills combined with creatine phosphate in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 100 children with viral myocarditis admitted to Xingtai Central Hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous infusion of creatine phosphate for injection at a daily dose of 0.5 g for children aged ≤ 10 years and 1.0 g for those aged> 10 years. On the basis of the above treatment, the treatment group was additionally given oral Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills, 1 sachet each time, three times a day. Both groups received continuous treatment for 14 days. The clinical efficacy and symptom recovery time were evaluated. Myocardial enzyme profiles including creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), as well as cardiac function indicators including left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac output (CO) and cardiac index (CI) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 84.00% of the control group (P < 0.05). The recovery time for chest tightness, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, and fatigue in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the levels of myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors were markedly decreased, while cardiac function indicators were significantly improved in both groups (P < 0.05). The treatment group presented more prominent reductions in myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors, as well as better improvements in cardiac function (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills and creatine phosphate can significantly enhance clinical efficacy, accelerate symptom relief, ameliorate myocardial enzyme profiles and cardiac function, and mitigate inflammatory responses in children with viral myocarditis, with a favorable safety profile.
