脑缺血再灌注损伤是缺血性脑血管事件后常见的病理过程,治疗难点在于再灌注过程中损伤快速、病理机制复杂、个体差异明显,且现有干预手段对神经功能恢复的效果有限。丹酚酸B来源于唇形科植物丹参的干燥根和根茎,可减轻神经炎性损伤,减轻神经氧化损伤,减轻神经细胞凋亡,降低谷氨酸毒性,促进血管生成,保护血管功能,促进神经再生,改善神经能量代谢,改善血液高凝状态,多靶点、多途径防治脑缺血再灌注损伤,发挥神经保护作用。总结了丹酚酸B防治脑缺血再灌注损伤的药理作用研究进展,为丹酚酸B的应用提供循证支持。

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common pathological process following ischemic cerebrovascular events. The difficulty in treating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury lies in the rapid damage during reperfusion, complex pathological mechanisms, significant individual differences, and limited effectiveness of existing intervention methods for neurological function recovery. Salvianolic acid B comes from the dried roots and rhizomes of Salvia miltiorrhiza, a plant in the family Lamiaceae. Salvianolic acid B can alleviate neuroinflammatory injury, reduce neurooxidative damage, alleviate neuronal apoptosis, reduce glutamate toxicity, promote angiogenesis, protect vascular function, promote nerve regeneration, improve nerve energy metabolism, improve blood hypercoagulability, and prevent cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury through multiple targets and pathways, exerting neuroprotective effects. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of salvianolic acid B in preventing and treating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, providing evidence-based support for the application of salvianolic acid B.
