骨折愈合涉及细胞、分子、信号通路等多层面的复杂生理过程，其本质是骨组织的修复和再生。淫羊藿苷是淫羊藿中含量最高、活性最强的黄酮类成分，具有多种生物活性，可通过调控成骨细胞和干细胞成骨分化、调控破骨细胞骨吸收功能、促进血管内皮细胞和血管新生、改善骨折局部修复微环境促进骨折愈合。总结了淫羊藿苷促进骨折愈合的药理作用研究进展，为淫羊藿苷在骨伤治疗中的临床转化提供参考。

Fracture healing involves a complex physiological process at multiple levels, including cells, molecules, and signaling pathways, with its essence being the repair and regeneration of bone tissue. Icariin is the most abundant and active flavonoid component in Epimedii Folium, with various biological activities. Icariin can regulate the osteogenic differentiation of osteoblasts and stem cells, regulate the bone resorption function of osteoclasts, promote endothelial cells and angiogenesis, improve the microenvironment of local fracture repair, and promote fracture healing. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of icariin promoting fracture healing, providing reference for the clinical translation of icariin in treatment of bone injuries.
