目的 探究肾炎温阳胶囊联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的的临床疗效。方法 纳入2023年7月—2024年12月于安阳市人民医院确诊并接受治疗的105例慢性肾小球肾炎患者，采用双色球随机分组法将所有研究对象随机分为对照组（n＝52）与治疗组（n＝53）。对照组患者口服阿魏酸哌嗪片，100 mg/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上，口服肾炎温阳胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d。两组患者连续治疗2个月。观察临床疗效，比较临床症状改善时间、肾功能指标[24 h尿蛋白（24 h Upro）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）、肾小球滤过率（eGFR）和尿红细胞计数]、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）]。结果 治疗组的总有效率（94.34%）高于对照组（80.77%）（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组的颜面浮肿、腰膝酸痛、食欲减退、夜尿增多及倦怠乏力等临床症状改善时间较对照组显著缩短（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者24 h Upro、BUN、Scr与尿红细胞计数水平均明显低于治疗前，而eGFR显著高于治疗前（P＜0.05）；且治疗组上述肾功能指标均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著低于同组治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗后治疗组上述血清炎性因子均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 肾炎温阳胶囊联合阿魏酸哌嗪片能够有效治疗慢性肾小球肾炎，改善临床症状和肾功能，抑制炎症因子，安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Wenyang Capsules combined with piperazine ferulate in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 105 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in Anyang People′s Hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 52) and treatment group (n = 53) using the double-color ball random grouping method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets, 100 mg/time, 3 times/day. On the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenyan Wenyang Capsules, 3 capsules/time, 3 times/day. They were continuous treated for 2 months. The clinical efficacy was observed, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, renal function indicators [24 h urine protein (24 h Upro), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and urine red blood cell count], as well as serum inflammatory factors [interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.34%, which was higher than 80.77% of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of clinical symptoms including facial edema, lumbocrural pain, decreased appetite, nocturia and lassitude in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of 24 h Upro, BUN, Scr and urine red blood cell count were decreased obviously, while eGFR increased markedly in both groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of 24 h Upro, BUN, Scr and urine red blood cell count were decreased in both groups, while eGFR was decreased (P < 0.05), and these renal function indicators in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and these serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenyan Wenyang Capsules combined with piperazine ferulate can effectively treat chronic glomerulonephritis, improving clinical symptoms and renal function, inhibiting inflammation indicators, and has high safety.
