目的 探讨复方清带灌注液联合雌三醇乳膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2024年2月—2025年11月上海市嘉定区南翔医院收治的120例老年性阴道炎患者，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组60例。对照组患者入睡前将雌三醇乳膏注入阴道底，0.5 g/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上给予复方清带灌注液，50 mL/次，1次/d。两组患者持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、自觉症状消失时间、生活质量、阴道环境指标、灌洗液指标。结果 治疗组的治愈率为91.67%，对照组的治愈率为78.33%，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组的阴道烧灼感、干涩疼痛、瘙痒消失时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的世界卫生组织生存质量量表–简表（WHOQOL-BREF）评分均明显升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的pH值明显降低，阴道清洁度明显改善（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的pH值明显低于对照组，阴道清洁度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后灌洗液白细胞介素（IL）-1β、IL-37水平明显降低，IL-2水平明显升高（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的灌洗液IL-1β、IL-37水平低于对照组，IL-2水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 复方清带灌注液联合雌三醇乳膏可提高老年性阴道炎的临床疗效，改善临床症状和阴道微生态，提高生活质量，减轻炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Qingdai Irrigation Solution combined with Estriol Cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with senile vaginitis admitted to Shanghai Jiading District Nanxiang Hospital from February 2024 to November 2025 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 60 patients per group. The control group applied Estriol Cream vaginally before bedtime, 0.5 g each time, once daily. The treatment group received Compound Qingdai Irrigation Solution based on the same regimen of the control group, 50 mL per dose, once daily. Two groups underwent continuous treatment for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, quality of life, vaginal environment indicators, and lavage solution parameters were compared between two groups. Results The cure rate in the treatment group was 91.67%, while that in the control group was 78.33%, with a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The disappearance time of vaginal burning, dryness and pain, and itching in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Scale-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) scores in two groups significantly increased (P< 0.05), and the WHOQOL-BREF scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The pH values in two groups significantly decreased, but vaginal cleanliness significantly improved (P< 0.05). After treatment, the pH values in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but vaginal cleanliness was significantly better than that in the treatment group (P < 0.05). The levels of interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-37 in the lavage fluid of two groups significantly decreased, while the IL-2 levels significantly increased (P< 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β and IL-37 in the lavage fluid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, while the IL-2 levels were higher than those in the treatment group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of Compound Qingdai Irrigation Solution and Estriol Cream can enhance the clinical efficacy of senile vaginitis, improve clinical symptoms and vaginal microecology, elevate quality of life, and reduce inflammatory responses.
