[摘要]
目的 观察脑心安胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法 纳入2024年9月—2025年7月在六安市人民医院诊治的80例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法均等分对照组和治疗组。对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片,20 mg/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上,口服脑心安胶囊,1.2 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗2周。观察两组患者临床疗效,对比治疗前后两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、中性粒细胞计数(NE)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(92.50% vs 75.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分显著降低,BI显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组NIHSS评分和BI均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者WBC、NE、PLT、CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组WBC、PLT、NE和CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清Hcy与FIB水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组Hcy和FIB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著降低,HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组上述血清血脂水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脑心安胶囊联合阿托伐他汀能够通过抑制机体炎症反应,调节血脂水平,改善神经功能和日常生活活动能力,从而提高脑梗死患者的临床疗效。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Naoxin'an Capsules combined with atorvastatin in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Lu'an People's Hospital from September 2024 to July 2025 were enrolled and equally divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets at a dose of 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naoxin'an Capsules at a dose of 1.2 g/time, three times daily on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy was observed in both groups, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, Barthel Index (BI), white blood cell count (WBC), platelet count (PLT), neutrophil count (NE), C-reactive protein (CRP) level, homocysteine (Hcy), fibrinogen (FIB), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (92.50% vs 75.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, NIHSS scores were decreased significantly and BI was increased significantly in both groups (P < 0.05), with the treatment group showing superior improvements in both NIHSS score and BI compared to the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, levels of WBC, NE, PLT, and CRP were decreased significantly in both groups (P < 0.05), and the levels of WBC, PLT, NE, and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, serum Hcy and FIB levels were decreased significantly in both groups (P < 0.05), and levels of Hcy and FIB in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, serum TC, TG, and LDL-C levels were decreased significantly, while HDL-C levels were increased significantly in both groups (P < 0.05), and the above serum lipid levels in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Naoxin'an Capsules combined with atorvastatin can improve clinical efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction by suppressing the inflammatory response, regulating blood lipid levels, and improving neurological function and activities of daily living.
