[摘要]
目的 采用高效液相色谱–四极杆–飞行时间串联质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)法鉴定玉叶金花中化学成分。方法 采用Waters UHPLC BEH C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm);流动相为0.1%甲酸水–乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.40 mL/min;柱温为40 ℃;进样量5 μL。电喷雾离子源(ESI)在正、负离子模式下,采集玉叶金花MS/MS数据,根据化合物的精确相对分子质量、特征碎片离子、对照品、数据库等匹配结果鉴定玉叶金花醇提物中化学成分。结果 鉴定了玉叶金花中35种化学成分,并推测了芦丁、玉叶金花苷酸甲酯、玉叶金花苷酸甲酯R的可能裂解途径。结论 UPLC-Q-TOF-MS法可鉴定玉叶金花中化学成分。

[Abstract]
Objective To identify chemical constituents in Mesona chinensis by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS method. Methods Waters UHPLC BEH C18 chromatographic column (50 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μ m) was used. The mobile phase was 0.1% formic acid water - acetonitrile, with gradient elution. Volume flow rate was 0.40 mL/min, the column temperature was 40 ℃, and the injection volume was 5 μ L. The electrospray ion source (ESI) was collected in the positive and negative ion modes, and the chemical components in the M. chinensis alcohol extract were identified based on the precise molecular weight, characteristic fragment ions, reference standards, databases, etc. Results 35 Chemical components were identified in M. chinensis, and the possible fragmentation pathways of rutin, mussaendoside, and mussaendoside R were speculated. Conclusion UPLC-Q-TOF-MS method can be used to identify chemical constituents in M. chinensis.
