目的 探讨解毒生肌膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶（酵母）治疗皮肤烧烫伤的临床应用效果。方法 研究对象为2023年2月—2024年2月于江南大学附属医院就诊的96例皮肤烧烫伤患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、治疗组，各48例。对照组取重组人表皮生长因子凝胶（酵母）均匀涂于患处，100 cm²创面使用10 g，1次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上使用解毒生肌膏外用摊于纱布上敷患处，0.5 g/cm²皮肤，2次/d。总治疗疗程为28 d。比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合情况、疼痛程度、生存质量、血清炎性因子水平。结果 治疗组的总有效率（100.00%）高于对照组的总有效率（87.50%，P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后创面愈合率高于对照组，治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分均下降（P＜0.05），且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组躯体健康领域评分、心理健康领域评分、社会活动领域评分、一般健康状况领域评分均较治疗前上升（P＜0.05），且治疗组各简明烧伤健康量表（BSHS-A）评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 解毒生肌膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶（酵母）治疗皮肤烧烫伤的效果显著，可促进创面愈合，减轻疼痛，降低机体炎性因子水平，提高生存质量水平。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Jiedu Shengji Ointments combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel (Yeast) in treatment of skin burns and scalds.Methods 96 Patients with skin burns and scalds who visited Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group using random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group patients evenly applied Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel (Yeast) to the affected area, using 10 g on a 100 cm² wound, once daily. The treatment group used Jiedu Shengji Ointments externally spread on gauze on the affected area on the basis of the control group, 0.5 g/cm² skin, twice daily. The total treatment course was 28 days. The clinical efficacy, wound healing, pain level, quality of life, and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (87.50%, P < 0.05). The wound healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, but the wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores in the physical health status, mental health status, social activity status, and general health status of both groups were increased (P < 0.05), and the scores of the BSHS-A scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in both groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of Jiedu Shengji Ointments and Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel (Yeast) has a significant effect on skin burns and scalds, which can promote wound healing, relieve pain, reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body, and improve the quality of life.
