心肌缺血再灌注损伤在临床上缺乏有效的治疗方法。小檗碱是一种非碱性、季铵化的苄基异喹啉类生物碱，具有多种药理活性，可通过抑制细胞凋亡、抑制炎症反应、抑制氧化应激、调节自噬来减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。综述了小檗碱对心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展，为开发心肌缺血再灌注损伤治疗药物提供参考。

There is a lack of effective treatment methods for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in clinical practice. Berberine is a non alkaline, quaternized benzylisoquinoline alkaloid with various pharmacological activities, and can alleviate myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by inhibiting cell apoptosis, suppressing inflammatory response, inhibiting oxidative stress, and regulating autophagy. This article reviews the research progress on the protective effect of berberine on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, providing reference for the development of therapeutic drugs for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
