目的 探讨杜仲颗粒联合硫酸镁注射液治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年6月—2024年10月在邢台市中心医院就诊的妊娠期高血压患者共106例，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组53例。对照组静脉滴注硫酸镁注射液，首次剂量4 g，使用20 mL葡萄糖稀释后5 min内静脉注射，然后以2 g/h静脉滴注，1次/d，30 g/次。治疗组在对照组基础上口服杜仲颗粒，1袋/次，2次/d。两组患者持续治疗7 d。比较两组的临床疗效、血压指标、血流动力学指标和血清指标。结果 治疗组的总有效率达96.23%，对照组的总有效率达83.02%，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压均明显降低（P＜0.05），治疗组的舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压较对照组更低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组子宫螺旋动脉的收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速比值（S/D）、阻力指数（RI）、总血管阻力（TVR）均显著降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组子宫螺旋动脉的S/D、RI、TVR较对照组更低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的血清Fibulin-3、血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1（PECAM-1）水平升高，血清可溶性Fms样络氨酸激酶-1（sFlt-1）水平降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组的血清Fibulin-3、PECAM-1水平高于对照组，血清sFlt-1水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 杜仲颗粒联合硫酸镁注射液治疗妊娠期高血压具有较好的临床疗效，可有效降低血压，改善血流动力学水平，减轻血管内皮损伤。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Duzhong Granules combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection in treatment of hypertension during pregnancy. Methods A total of 106 patients with hypertension during pregnancy admitted in Xingtai Central Hospital from June 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received intravenous infusion of Magnesium Sulfate Injection, with an initial dose of 4 g, diluted with 20 mL glucose and injected intravenously within 5 min, followed by intravenous infusion at a rate of 2 g/h, once daily, 30 g/time. Patients in the treatment group took Duzhong Granules orally on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated continuously for 7 d. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure indicators, hemodynamic indicators, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the total clinical effective rates in the control group the treatment group were 83.02% and 96.23%, respectively, and the difference between t two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the blood pressure indicators in treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). S/D, RI, and TVR of the uterine spiral artery of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment (P < 0.05), and hemodynamic indicators in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of Fibulin-3 and PECAM-1 of the two groups were decreased, but the levels of sFlt-1 was lower than thaose before treatment (P < 0.05). The levels of Fibulin-3 and PECAM-1 of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, but levels of sFlt-1 were lower than those of the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Duzhong Granules and Magnesium Sulfate Injection has good clinical efficacy in treatment of hypertension during pregnancy, which can effectively reduce blood pressure, improve hemodynamic levels, and alleviate endothelial damage.
