目的 采用HPLC法同时测定解郁安神颗粒中栀子苷、异阿魏酸、阿魏酸、甘草酸和柴胡皂苷b₂。方法 使用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C₁₈色谱柱（150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流动相0.2%磷酸水-乙腈，梯度洗脱；检测波长238 nm；体积流量1 mL/min；柱温35 ℃；进样量10 µL。结果 栀子苷、异阿魏酸、阿魏酸、甘草酸、柴胡皂苷b₂的线性范围良好，平均回收率分别为105.33%、103.07%、101.36%、99.61%、100.00%，RSD值分别为0.69%、2.30%、2.44%、1.28%、1.28%。结论 检测结果准确，检测范围较广，适用于解郁安神颗粒的质量评价研究。

Objective To adopt an HPLC method to simultaneously determine the contents of geniposide, isoferulic acid, ferulic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, and saikosaponin b₂ in Jieyu Anshen Granules.Methods Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C₁₈ chromatographic column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.2% phosphoric acid water and acetonitrile with gradient elution. Detection wavelength was 238 nm, flow rate was 1 mL/min, column temperature was 35℃, and injection volume was 10 μL. Results Geniposide, isoferulic acid, ferulic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, and saikosaponin b₂ had good specificity, and their recovery rates were 105.33%, 103.07%, 101.36%, 99.61%, and 100.00%, with RSD values of 0.69%, 2.30%, 2.44%, 1.28%, and 1.28%, respectively. Conclusion The detection results of this experiment are accurate and have a wide detection range, which is suitable for the quality evaluation for Jieyu Anshen Granules.
