目的 探讨糖脉康颗粒联合西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年7月—2024年7月南京医科大学附属江宁医院内分泌门诊收治的110例2型糖尿病患者，根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各55例。对照组口服磷酸西格列汀片，100 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服糖脉康颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d。两组连续治疗30 d。观察两组的临床疗效和症状好转时间，比较两组治疗前后血糖指标和血清炎性因子水平的变化情况。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率是96.36%，显著高于对照组的83.64%(P<0.05)。治疗后，治疗组多饮、多食、多尿、乏力好转时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、2 h血糖（2 h PG）水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组FPG、HbA1c、2 h PG水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组IL-1β、HMGB1、IL-6、MCP-1水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 与单独使用西格列汀相比，糖脉康颗粒联合西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病具有较好的临床疗效，能降低患者血糖水平，缩短临床症状好转时间，并可降低血清炎性指标，值得借鉴与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical study of Tangmaikang Granule combined with sitagliptin in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Endocrinology Clinic of Jiangning Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.Patients in control group were po administered with Sitagliptin Phosphate Tablets,100 mg/time,once daily.Patients in treatment group were po administered with Tangmaikang Granule on the basis of control group,1bag/time,3 times daily.Both groups were treated continuously for 30 d.The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement time of two groups were observed,and the changes of blood glucose indexes and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than that of control group （83.64%,i>P＜0.05）.After treatment,the improvement time of polydipsia,polyphagia,polyuria,and fatigue in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group （i>P＜0.05）.After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose （FPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c）,and 2 h blood glucose （2 h PG） in two groups were significantly decreased （i>P＜0.05）.After treatment,the levels of FPG,HbA1c and 2 h PG in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group （i>P＜0.05）.After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-1β （IL-1β）,high mobility group protein B1 （HMGB1）,interleukin-6 （IL-6）,and serum monocyte chemotactic protein-1 （MCP-1） in two groups were significantly decreased （i>P＜0.05）.After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,HMGB1,IL-6,and MCP-1 in treatment group were lower than those in control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Compared to oral sitagliptin alone,Tangmaikang Granules combined with sitagliptin has a good clinical effect in treatment of type 2 diabetes,could reduce the blood glucose level,shorten the time of clinical symptom improvement,and decrease serum inflammatory index,which is worth learning and application.
