维生素D是人体唯一可自行合成的脂溶性维生素。积极给予维生素D的补充可改善糖尿病患者的糖代谢状况,有利于血糖的控制,减少并发症的发生、发展。维生素D可防治骨质疏松症、预防动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病、降低肿瘤发生风险、改善认知功能障碍、防治糖尿病视网膜病变。阐述维生素D在2型糖尿病及其并发症和伴发病中的作用,以提高对2型糖尿病患者维生素D的筛查和干预。

Vitamin D is the only fat soluble vitamin that the human body can synthesize on its own. Active supplementation of vitamin D can improve the glucose metabolism of diabetes patients, help control blood sugar, and reduce the occurrence and development of complications. Vitamin D can prevent osteoporosis, prevent atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, reduce the risk of tumor, improve cognitive dysfunction, and prevent diabetes retinopathy. This article describes the role of vitamin D in type 2 diabetes and its complications, so as to improve the screening of vitamin D and intervention in type 2 diabetes patients.
