丹参酮是从唇形科植物丹参中提取的脂溶性菲醌化合物,具有多种药理作用,可通过诱导细胞死亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、阻止肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭、增加放疗和化疗敏感性发挥抗肿瘤作用。阐明了丹参酮抗肿瘤作用的研究进展,以期为丹参酮未来癌症疗法的优化和发展提供依据。

Tanshinones are a kind of fat-soluble phenanthraquinone compounds extracted from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, which have many pharmacological activities. Tanshinones exert anti-tumor effects by inducing tumor cell death, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, preventing tumor cell invasion and metastasis, and increasing the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This article elaborates on the research progress on the anti-tumor effect of tanshinones, in order to provide a basis for the optimization and development of tanshinones in future cancer therapies.
