中枢神经系统疾病涵盖了缺血性脑损伤、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病和脊髓损伤等,当下尚未发现非常有效的治疗手段。丹参中最关键的有效成分当属丹参酮类化合物,包含隐丹参酮、丹参酮I、丹参酮IIA、二氢丹参酮。丹参酮可以多维度、多途径地改善中枢神经系统疾病的神经功能,防治脑卒中、脊髓损伤、记忆和认知功能障碍、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、癫痫、多发性硬化症、创伤后应激障碍、抑郁症等中枢神经系统疾病。综述了丹参酮防治中枢神经系统疾病的研究进展。

Central nervous system diseases include ischemic brain injury, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and spinal cord injury, among others, and currently no highly effective treatment has been found. The most critical active ingredients in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma are tanshinone compounds, including cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, tanshinone IIA, and dihydrotanshinone. Tanshinones can improve the neurological function of central nervous system diseases in multiple dimensions and pathways, preventing and treating central nervous system diseases such as stroke, spinal cord injury, memory and cognitive dysfunction, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, etc. This article reviews the research progress on tanshinones in prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases.
