目的 探讨解郁安神颗粒联合氟伏沙明治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年4月开滦精神卫生中心收治的102例抑郁症患者，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各51例。对照组睡前口服马来酸氟伏沙明片，100 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上开水冲服解郁安神颗粒，5 g/次，2次/d。两组疗程均为6周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组治疗前和治疗2、4、6周17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）积分及治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）、日常生活能力评定量表（ADL）评分和事件相关电位P₃₀₀参数变化情况。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率是94.12%，显著高于对照组的80.39%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组治疗2、4、6周HAMD-17积分均低于同组治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗2、4、6周治疗组HAMD-17积分均低于同期对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组HAMA、SCL-90、SRSS评分均低于同组治疗前，ADL评分均显著增高（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组HAMA、SCL-90、SRSS评分均低于对照组，ADL评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组P₃₀₀潜伏期均短于同组治疗前，P₃₀₀波幅均显著增高（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组P₃₀₀潜伏期、P₃₀₀波幅改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 解郁安神颗粒联合氟伏沙明治疗抑郁症具有较好的临床疗效，安全性较佳，能有效促进患者抑郁、焦虑症状缓解，改善心理健康状态、睡眠状况及日常生活能力，控制病情进展，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Anshen Granules combined with fluvoxamine in treatment of depression. Methods A total of 102 patients with depression admitted to Kailuan Mental Health Center from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 51 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Fluvoxamine Maleate Tablets before going to bed, 100 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jieyu Anshen Granules with boiling water on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, twice daily. The treatment course of both groups was 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed. 17 Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) scores before and after treatment for 2, 4, and 6 weeks, and Self-rating Symptom Scale (SCL-90), Self-rating Sleep Status Scale (SRSS), Ability of Daily Living Scale (ADL) scores and event-related potential P₃₀₀ parameters were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (80.39%, P < 0.05). After treatment, HAMD-17 scores in two groups after 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment were decreased (P < 0.05). After 2, 4, and 6 weeks of treatment, HAMD-17 scores in treatment groups were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, HAMA, SCL-90 and SRSS scores in two groups were decreased, but ADL scores were significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, HAMA, SCL-90 and SRSS scores in treatment group were lower than those in control group, but ADL scores were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).
After treatment, the latency of P₃₀₀ in both groups was shorter than before treatment, but the amplitude of P₃₀₀ was significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of P₃₀₀ latency and P₃₀₀ amplitude in treatment group was better than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jieyu Anshen Granules combined with fluvoxamine has good clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of depression, and can effectively promote the alleviation of depression and anxiety symptoms in patients, improve mental health status, sleep status and daily living ability, control the progression of the disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
