目的 探讨玫芦消痤膏联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗鼻部玫瑰痤疮患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年3月—2024年4月首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院收治的138例玫瑰痤疮患者的临床资料进行回顾分析，依据用药情况将患者分为对照组（69例）和治疗组（69例）。对照组口服硫酸羟氯喹片，0.2 g/次，2次/d。在对照组的基础上，治疗组患者涂抹玫芦消痤膏，3～4次/d。两组患者治疗8周。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状好转时间，VISIA评分和痤疮特异性生活质量问卷（Acne-QOL）评分，及β-内啡肽（β-EP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、P物质（SP）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组临床总有效率为97.10%，明显高于对照组有效率（85.51%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组出现症状好转时间均明显早于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者VISIA评分、Acne-QOL评分比治疗前均明显升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者β-EP、IL-6、SP、TNF-α水平比治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组这些血清因子水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 玫芦消痤膏联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗鼻部玫瑰痤疮，可加快恢复面部痤疮皮损部位，有效减弱机体炎性反应，较好的提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in treatment of nasal rosacea. Methods Patients (138 cases) with nasal rosacea in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University from March 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control (69 cases) and treatment (69 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets, 0.2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment, 3 — 4 times every day. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, the scores of VISIA and Acne-QOL, and the levels of β-EP, IL-6, SP and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 97.10%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (85.51%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time for symptoms to improve in the treatment group was significantly earlier than in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VISIA score and Acne-QOL score in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of β-EP, IL-6, SP, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the levels of these serum factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate can accelerate the recovery of facial acne lesions, effectively reduce the inflammatory response.
