急性肺损伤是一种急性炎症性肺部疾病，严重者可发生急性呼吸衰竭。临床治疗急性肺损伤主要控制炎症反应和改善临床症状。木犀草素是一种天然的黄酮类化合物，具有多种生物学作用，可通过降低炎症反应、降低氧化应激反应、抑制细胞凋亡、改善肺上皮离子转运功能发挥防治急性肺损伤的作用。总结了木犀草素防治急性肺损伤的药理作用研究进展，为木犀草素的临床应用提供参考。

Acute lung injury is an acute inflammatory lung disease, and severe cases can lead to acute respiratory failure. The clinical treatment of acute lung injury mainly controls inflammatory response and improves clinical symptoms. Luteolin is a natural flavonoid compound with multiple biological functions. Luteolin can prevent and treat acute lung injury by reducing inflammation, oxidative stress, cell apoptosis, and improving the ion transport function of lung epithelium. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of luteolin in prevention and treatment of acute lung injury, providing reference for the clinical application of luteolin.
