肺纤维化是呼吸系统疾病中常见的慢性、间质性肺疾病。目前治疗肺纤维化以肺移植治疗、抗肺纤维化药物治疗为主。萜类化合物具有显著的改善肺纤维化的作用,其作用机制分别为调控转化生长因子-β/Smad、核因子-κB、核因子E2相关因子2、信号转导和转录激活因子6、蛋白激酶B信号通路。归纳了萜类化合物调控信号通路改善肺纤维化的研究进展,以期临床对肺纤维化治疗提供有效的药物治疗思路。

Pulmonary fibrosis is a common chronic and interstitial lung disease in respiratory system diseases. At present, the main treatments for pulmonary fibrosis are lung transplantation and drug therapy. Terpenoids have significant effect on improving pulmonary fibrosis, and their mechanisms of action are to regulate transforming growth factor-β/Smad (TGF-β/Smad), nuclear factor -κB (NF-κB), nuclear factor E2 related factor 2 (Nrf2), signal transduction and transcriptional activation factor 6 (STAT6), and protein kinase B (Akt) signaling pathway. This article summarizes the research progress on terpenoids regulating signaling pathways to improve pulmonary fibrosis, in order to provide effective drug treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
