目的 探讨生肌愈皮软膏联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶治疗慢性溃疡创面的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年2月—2023年1月唐山中心医院收治的慢性溃疡创面患者98例，依据用药情况分为对照组和治疗组，每组各49例。对照组患者给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶，每次300 IU/cm²，1次/d。在对照组的基础上，治疗组给予生肌愈皮软膏，1次/d。两组患者用药14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者症状改善时间，视觉模拟疼痛（VAS）评分和生活质量量表（QOL）评分，及血清表皮生长因子（EGF）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组临床总有效率为93.87%，明显高于对照组（81.63%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组症状改善时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS评分明显降低，而QOL评分明显升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组VAS和QOL评分明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清IL-1β、MMP-9和TNF-α水平明显降低，而EGF水平明显升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组血清学水平明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 生肌愈皮软膏联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶协同治疗，能对溃疡创面患者症状较好改善，创面疼痛程度减轻，生活质量提升明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shengji Yupi Ointment combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye-Gel in treatment of chronic ulcer on body surface. Methods Patients (98 cases) with chronic ulcer on body surface in Tangshan Central Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatments, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye-Gel, 300 IU/cm²/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Shengji Yupi Ointment on the basis of the control group, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, the scores of VAS and QOL, and the levels of serum IL-1β, MMP-9, TNF-α and EGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.63%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was significantly decreased, while the QOL score was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the VAS and QOL scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-1β, MMP-9 and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of EGF was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the serological level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye-Gel and Shengji Yupi Ointment can improve the symptoms of ulcer patients, reduce the degree of wound pain and improve the quality of life obviously.
