目的 观察清咳平喘颗粒联合复方甲氧那明治疗感染后咳嗽(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年4月-2023年6月在北京中医药大学第三附属医院、北京中医医院顺义医院、中国人民解放军空军特色医学中心、首都医科大学附属北京中医医院、中国人民解放军总医院第四医学中心、中国人民解放军总医院第七医学中心和中国人民解放军总医院第八医学中心7家医院就诊的178例感染后咳嗽(痰热壅肺证)患者,随机分为对照组(88例)和治疗组(90例)。对照组口服复方甲氧那明胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服清咳平喘颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。两组均治疗7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者咳嗽程度评分,咳嗽缓解和消失时间,及炎症指标白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率为97.73%,显著高于对照组(89.77%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者咳嗽程度显著改善(P<0.05),其中治疗组咳嗽程度评分在第7天的改善程度显著强于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组咳嗽症状的缓解时间和消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者WBC、IL-6、CRP的水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组IL-6和CRP的水平下降显著(P<0.05)。结论 清咳平喘颗粒联合复方甲氧那明能够显著提高临床有效率,改善患者咳嗽程度,促进咳嗽症状的缓解与消失,降低炎症水平。

Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of Qingke Pingchuan Granules combined with compound methoxyphenamine in treatment of postinfectious cough (phlegm heat obstruction of the lung syndrome). Methods A total of 178 patients with postinfectious cough (phlegm heat obstruction of the lung syndrome) in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Third Affiliated Hospital, Beijing Shunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Characteristic Medical Center, Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, the Fourth Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China, the Seventh Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China, and the Eighth Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China from April 2023 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control (88 cases) and treatment (90 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qingke Pingchuan Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the cough severity scores, cough relief and disappearance time, the levels of inflammatory indicators WBC, IL-6 and CRP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.73%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (89.77%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the cough degree in two groups was significantly improved (P < 0.05), and the improvement of cough score on the 7th day in the treatment group was significantly stronger than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time and disappearance time of cough symptoms in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of WBC, IL-6 and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the treatment group were significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qingke Pingchuan Granules combined with compound methoxyphenamine hydrochloride can significantly improve the clinical effective rate, improve the degree of cough, promote the relief and disappearance of cough symptoms, and reduce the level of inflammation.
