目的 探讨新癀片联合奥硝唑治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月—2022年7月天津市第三中心医院分院收治的130例急性智齿冠周炎患者，随机分对照组（65例）和治疗组（65例）。对照组口服奥硝唑片，2片/次，3次/d。在对照组的基础上，治疗组口服新癀片，3片/次，3次/d。两组患者连服药14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者症状好转时间，牙龈值数评分量表（GI）评分，血清炎性因子基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为98.46%，明显高于对照组的总有效率（84.62%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组症状好转时间明显早于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组GI评分明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清炎性因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-2水平明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 奥硝唑与新癀片协同治疗急性智齿冠周炎，可有效改善临床症状，促进牙龈炎性反应减弱。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinhuang Tablets combined with ornidazole in treatment of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth. Methods Patients (130 cases) with acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth in the Branch of Tianjin Third Central Hospital from January 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control (65 cases) and treatment (65 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ornidazole Tablets, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xinhuang Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations was evaluated, the time of symptom relief, GI scores, serological IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-2 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.46%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.62%, P＜ 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the GI score in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P＜ 0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-2 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜ 0.05), and the factors levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Xinhuang Tablets and ornidazole is effective in improving clinical symptoms, and which can promote the weakening of gingival inflammatory response.
