目的 探讨一清胶囊联合复方硼砂含漱液治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年12月上海市浦东新区周浦医院收治的120例慢性咽炎患者，随机分为对照组（60例）和治疗组（60例）。对照组患者含漱复方硼砂含漱液，10 mL含漱液加5倍量的温开水稀释，一次含漱5 min后吐出，3次/d。在对照组的基础上，治疗组口服一清胶囊，2粒/次，3次/d。两组患者连续用药15 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者症状好转时间，生活质量评分，血管内皮细胞黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）、表皮生长因子（EGF）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组临床有效率（98.33%）明显高于对照组（86.67%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者症状好转时间均早于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能和物质功能评分均明显升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清炎性因子IL-6和IL-1β明显降低，而VCAM-1和EGF水平明显升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组IL-6、IL-1β、VCAM-1和EGF水平均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 复方硼砂含漱液联合一清胶囊治疗效果较好，可有效改善咽炎患者症状，减弱口腔内炎性反应，提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqing Capsules combined with Compound Borax Solution in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods Patients (120 cases) with chronic pharyngitis in Shanghai Pudong New District Zhoupu Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) group. Patients in the control group were administered with Compound Borax Solution, 10 mL gargle diluted with 5 times amount of lukewarm water, gargle for 5 min at a time, then spit out, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 15 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the improvement time of symptom, quality of life scores, the levels of IL-6, IL-1β, VCAM-1 and EGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.67%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of psychological function, social function, physical function and material function in two groups were significantly increased compared the same group before treatment (P < 0.05), and the score of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-1β were significantly decreased, while the levels of VCAM-1 and EGF were significantly increased in two groups (P< 0.05), and the levels of IL-6, IL-1β, VCAM-1 and EGF in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Borax Solution combined with Yiqing Capsules has a good therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with pharyngitis, reduce oral inflammatory reaction and improve their quality of life.
