目的 探讨散结镇痛胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年8月-2022年9月在聊城市第二人民医院(山东第一医科大学附属聊城二院)就诊的150例子宫内膜异位症患者,按照随机数字表法将150例患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各75例。对照组于月经来潮第5天口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片,1次/d,1片/次,直至下一个月经周期。治疗组在对照组基础上口服散结镇痛胶囊,3次/d,4粒/次。两组连续治疗6个月经周期。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的主要症状消退情况、病灶最大直径、子宫体积、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)。结果 治疗后,治疗组的总有效率(93.33%)比对照组总有效率(82.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者痛经、盆腔压痛、肛门坠痛消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的病灶最大直径、子宫体积均显著减少(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的病灶最大直径、子宫体积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清IL-8、VEGF、NLR明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的血清IL-8、VEGF、NLR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 散结镇痛胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效确切,能改善临床症状,缩小病灶和子宫大小,降低炎症反应,安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanjie Zhentong Capsules combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in treatment of endometriosis. Methods Patients (150 cases) with endometriosis in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng (Liaocheng Second Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University) from August 2019 to September 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 75 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets on the 5th day of menstruation, 1 tablet/time, once daily, until the next menstrual cycle. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Sanjie Zhentong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the symptom disappearance time, maximum diameter of the lesion, uterine volume, IL-8, VEGF, and NLR in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (82.67%), with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of dysmenorrhea, pelvic tenderness, and anal sagging pain in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the maximum diameter of the lesion and uterine volume in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). After treatment, the maximum diameter of the lesion and uterine volume in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IL-8, VEGF, and NLR in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IL-8, VEGF, and NLR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sanjie Zhentong Capsules combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets is effective in the treatment of endometriosis, which can improve clinical symptoms, reduce the size of lesions and uterus, reduce inflammatory reactions, and has good safety.
