目的 探讨颈痛颗粒联合盐酸替扎尼定片治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月漯河市郾城区中医院收治的82例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各41例。对照组口服盐酸替扎尼定片,3次/d,2片/次。治疗组患者在对照组基础上餐后半小时开水冲服颈痛颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗6周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组患者的手臂疼痛程度、颈椎功能障碍程度、颈部活动度和全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的总有效率78.05%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS、NDI评分均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组的VAS、NDI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的颈部左右旋转、左右侧屈的活动度显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组颈部左右旋转、左右侧屈的活动度较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组的全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 颈痛颗粒联合盐酸替扎尼定片治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效显著,能降低患者手臂疼痛程度和颈椎功能障碍程度,提高颈部活动度,改善血液流变学水平,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jingtong Granules combined with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis. Methods Patients (82 cases) with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis in Luohe Yancheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets, 2 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingtong Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated. The degree of arm pain and cervical dysfunction, neck mobility, and whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%, significantly higher than the total effective rate (78.05%) of the control group, with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS and NDI scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and VAS and NDI scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the activity of neck rotation and lateral flexion in two groups of patients significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the activity of neck rotation and lateral flexion in the treatment group was significantly increased than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen levels in two groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jingtong Granules combined with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the efficacy of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis, reduce the degree of arm pain and cervical spine dysfunction, improve the range of neck motion, improve the level of hemorheology, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
