随着我国中医药事业的蓬勃发展,中药在临床上应用亦越来越广泛,但中药的安全性问题亦备受关注。需要进行医疗机构中药制剂不良反应监测管理体系建设,明确主要监测范围,把控相关环节风险和防范,进行宣传和培训。介绍了医疗机构中药制剂不良反应监测的管理内容和对策,以期为各医疗机构中药制剂不良反应监测提供参考。

With the vigorous development of traditional Chinese medicine in China, the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine is becoming increasingly widespread, but the safety issues of traditional Chinese medicine preparations are also of great concern. It is necessary to establish a monitoring and management system for adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions, clarify the main monitoring scope, control relevant risks and prevention, and carry out publicity and training. This article introduces management and countermeasures of adverse reaction monitoring on traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions, in order to provide reference for monitoring adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in various medical institutions.
