目的 探讨乌鸡白凤丸联合炔诺酮治疗月经不调的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年10月—2022年10月河北以岭医院收治的100例月经不调患者,采用随机数字表法分对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组口服炔诺酮片,2.5 mg/次,2次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服乌鸡白凤丸,9 g/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者症状改善时间,性激素促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E₂)和黄体生成素(LH)水平,血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平,及中华生存质量(ChQOL)评分。结果 治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率(98.00%)明显高于对照组(84.00%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组症状改善时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FSH、LH水平明显降低,而E₂水平明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组性激素水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平明显低于治疗前,而VEGF明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组血清炎性因子明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ChQOL评分明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组ChQOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 乌鸡白凤丸联合炔诺酮治疗疗效确切,可有效改善症状,机体炎性反应降低明显,性激素水平改善明显,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wuji Baifeng Pills combined with norethisterone in treatment of irregular menstruation.Methods Patients(100 cases) with irregular menstruation in Hebei Yiling Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022were divided into control group(50 cases) and treatment group(50 cases) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Norethisterone Tablets, 2.5 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wuji Baifeng Pills on the basis of the control group, 9 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the symptom relief time, the levels of FSH, LH, E₂, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β and VEGF,quality of life score ChQOL in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group(98.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%, P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of symptom in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of E₂ was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the level of sex hormone in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-1β in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the level of VEGF in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the ChQOL score in two groups was significantly increased, and the ChQOL score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuji Baifeng Pills combined with norethisterone has a definite therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms, reduce the organic inflammatory reaction, improve the level of sex hormone and improve the quality of life of the patients.
