[摘要]
目的 建立离子色谱法同时测定口服补液盐散(Ⅲ)中总氯和枸橼酸钠的方法。方法 Dionex IonPacTM AS11-HC色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm)和AS11-HC保护柱(50 mm×4 mm);淋洗液为35 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液;体积流量为1.0 mL/min;抑制电流为87 mA;电导检测器;柱温为30℃;检测器温度35℃;进样体积为25μL。结果 氯离子、枸橼酸根离子分别在11.89~297.36、9.74~243.56μg/mL与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为102.79%、103.87%,RSD值分别为1.20%、0.66%。结论 所建立的方法简便,前处理简单,结果准确可靠,可作为口服补液盐散(Ⅲ)中总氯和枸橼酸钠测定方法的改进。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of total chloride and sodium citrate in Oral Rehydration Salt Powder(Ⅲ) by ion chromatography.Methods Dionex IonPacTM AS11-HC analytical column(250 mm × 4 mm)and a AS11-HC protective column(50 mm × 4 mm) was used. The isocratic elution was 35 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution at the rate of 1.0 mL/min. Suppressor current was set at 87 mA. Electrical conductivity detector was adopted. The column temperature and detector temperature were set at 30 and 35 °C and the injection volume was 25 μL.Results Chloride ion and citrate ion had good linear relationship with the peak area in the ranges of 11.89 — 297.36 μg/mL and 9.74 — 243.56 μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries of chloride ion and citrate ion were 102.79% and 103.87% with RSD 1.20% and 0.66%.Conclusion The established method is simple, the pre-treatment is simple, and the results are accurate and reliable. It can be used as an improvement for the determination of total chlorine and sodium citrate in Oral Rehydration Salt Powder(Ⅲ).
