目的 观察灵泽片联合爱普列特治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法 纳入首都医科大学附属北京康复医院2020年6月—2022年6月收治的300例良性前列腺增生症患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各150例。对照组口服爱普列特片，5 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服灵泽片，4片/次，3次/d。两组患者连续治疗6周。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量指数评分（QOL）评分、膀胱残尿量、最大尿流率、，性激素睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E₂）、黄体生成激素（LH）和卵泡刺激素（LSH）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（96.67%vs 89.33%，P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者IPS与QOL评分明显下降（P<0.05），且治疗组患者明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者残尿量均明显减少，而最大尿流率均明显增加（P<0.05），且治疗组改善幅度明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组T水平明显增高，而E₂、LH和FSH水平明显下降（P<0.05），且治疗组性激素水平改善幅度明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 灵泽片联合爱普列特能够提高良性前列腺增生症的临床治疗效果，改善临床症状及患者生活质量，该机制可能与调控患者性激素水平相关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingze Tablets combined with epristeride in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Patients (300 cases) with benign prostatic hyperplasia in Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control group and treatment group according to the numerical table method, with 75 cases in each group.. Patients in the control group was po administered with Epristeride Tablets, 5 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lingze Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the IPSS and QOL scores, bladder residual urine volume and maximum urine flow rate, the levels of sex hormone T, E₂, LH and FSH in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (96.67% vs 89.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of IPS and QOL in two groups decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the residual urine volume of two groups was significantly decreased, while the maximum urinary flow rate was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of T was significantly increased, while the levels of E₂, LH and FSH were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the improvement of sex hormone level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Lingze Tablets combined with epristeride can improve the clinical treatment effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia, improve clinical symptoms and patients' quality of life, and this mechanism may be related to the regulation of patients' sex hormone levels.
