目的 观察理气活血滴丸联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年12月中国人民解放军海军青岛特勤疗养中心收治的65例不稳定型心绞痛患者，将患者采取随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，其中对照组32例，治疗组33例。对照组患者口服阿托伐他汀钙片，2片/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服理气活血滴丸，10丸/次，3次/d。两组均治疗4周。观察两组的心电图疗效和临床疗效，比较临床症状、内皮功能[一氧化氮（NO）、内皮素（ET）]、氧化应激[丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）]和炎症因子指标[白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、γ干扰素（IFN-γ）]。结果 治疗后，治疗组的心电图总有效率、临床总有效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组心绞痛发作频率减少，心绞痛持续时间缩短（P＜0.05），且治疗组心绞痛发作频率低于对照组，心绞痛持续时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清ET、MDA水平显著降低，NO、SOD水平显著升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组的血清ET、MDA水平低于对照组，NO、SOD水平显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ水平明显下降（P＜0.05），且治疗组血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 理气活血滴丸联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效较好，可促进症状改善，改善机体内皮功能、氧化应激和炎症因子水平。

Objective To observe the clinical value of Liqi Huoxue Dropping Pills combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (65 cases) with unstable angina pectoris in Qingdao Special Service Sanatorium Center of the PLA Navy from January 2018 to December 2020 were divided into the control group (32 cases) and the treatment group (33 cases) according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 2 tablets/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Liqi Huoxue Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 10 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacy and clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms, endothelial function (NO and ET), oxidative stress (MDA and SOD), and inflammatory factor indicators (IL-2, IL-6, and IFN-γ) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of ECG and clinical total effective rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET and MDA of two groups were significantly decreased, while the levels of NO and SOD were significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET and MDA of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, while the levels of NO and SOD were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6, and IFN-γ in two groups significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6, and IFN-γ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Liqi Huoxue Dropping Pills combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris, can improve symptoms, endothelial function, oxidative stress, and inflammatory factor levels.
