目的 探讨三金片联合盐酸洛美沙星治疗急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年3月-2022年3月在郑州市第七人民医院肾病科治疗的80例急性肾盂肾炎患者,随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组患者静脉滴入盐酸洛美沙星注射液,0.2 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服三金片,3片/次,3次/d。两组治疗7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者症状缓解时间,血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)指标水平,血清降钙素(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,及不良反应。结果 治疗后,治疗组临床有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组疗效率(77.50%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BUN、Cr、CysC、IL-6、PCT、TNF-α、CRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组(17.50%,P<0.05)。结论 三金片联合盐酸洛美沙星治疗急性肾盂肾炎效果确切,明显缓解患者症状,改善肾功能状态,降低局部炎性反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanjin Tablets combined with lomefloxacin hydrochloride in treatment of acute pyelonephritis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with acute pyelonephritis in the 7th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control (40 cases) and treatment (40 cases) group. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Injection, 0.2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group po administered with Sanjin Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the relief time of symptom, the levels of BUN, Cr, CysC, IL-6, PCT, TNF-α and CRP, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (97.50%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.50%, P＜0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of BUN, Cr, CysC, IL-6, PCT, TNF-α and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (17.50%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Sanjin Tablets combined with lomefloxacin hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis, which can obviously relieve the symptoms, improve the renal function and reduce the local inflammatory reaction.
