目的 观察小儿肺咳颗粒联合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年6月—2022年6月在眉山市人民医院接受治疗的100例喘息性支气管炎患儿，利用抽签法将所有患儿分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组雾化吸入吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液，0.4mg/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上开水冲服小儿肺咳颗粒，3g/次，3次/d。两组均给药1周。观察两组临床疗效，比较两组临床症状消退时间、肺功能指标[吸气/呼气时间比（Ti/Te）、每千克体质量潮气量（TV/kg）、达峰时间比（TPTEF/TE）]、炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反应蛋白（CRP）]。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为98.00%，高于对照组的总有效率84.00%，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组喘息、肺部湿啰音、咳嗽消退时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的Ti/Te、TV/kg、TPTEF/TE值均明显升高（P<0.05）；且与对照组相比，治疗后治疗组的Ti/Te、TV/kg、TPTEF/TE值均显著升高（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组的血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 小儿肺咳颗粒联合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液雾化治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎安全有效，能缩短患儿症状改善时间，改善患儿肺功能，减轻机体炎症反应程度，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feike Granules combined with Beclometasone Dipropionate Suspension for inhalation in treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children. Methods Patients (100 cases) with asthmatic bronchitis in children in Meishan City People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to lottery method, and each group had 50 cases. Children in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Beclometasone Dipropionate Suspension for inhalation, 0.4 mg/time, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Feike Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom regression time, and pulmonary function index (Ti/Te, TV/kg, and TPTEF/TE), inflammatory index (IL-6,TNF-α, and CRP) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (84.00%), and the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the regression time of wheezing, lung wet rales, and cough in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the values of Ti/Te, TV/kg, and TPTEF/TE in two groups were significantly increased (P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, the values of Ti/Te, TV/kg, and TPTEF/TE in the treatment group were significantly increased after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Feike Granules combined with Beclometasone Dipropionate Suspension for inhalation has clinical curative effect in treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children, can shorten the time of symptom improvement, improve the lung function of children, and reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction of the body, which is worthy of clinical application.
