[摘要]
目的 优化(4-羟基-1-甲基-7-苯氧异喹啉-3-羰基)甘氨酸的合成工艺。方法 以4-羟基-7-苯氧基-3-异喹啉羧酸甲酯和甘氨酸钠为起始原料,依次经过缩合、酯化、缩合、还原、水解反应得到(4-羟基-1-甲基-7-苯氧异喹啉-3-羰基)甘氨酸。结果 本合成工艺总收率约为61%。结论 本工艺简化了反应操作条件,降低了制备成本,提高了产率,更适合工业化生产。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the synthetic process of (4-hydroxy-1-methyl-7-phenoxyisoquinoline-3-carbonyl) glycine.Methods Taking methyl 4-hydroxy-7-phenoxyisoquinoline-3-carboxylate and sodium glycinate as the starting material,target compound is prepared by condensation,esterification,condensation,reduction and hydrolysis reaction.Results The total yield of this synthesis process is about 61%.Conclusion The process simplifies the experimental reaction operating conditions,reduces the preparation cost,improves the yield,and is more suitable for industrial production.
