红花为菊科植物红花的干燥管状花,为活血化瘀类中药,临床上多用于治疗心脑血管疾病。适宜的抗氧化物质可以有效地消除过多自由基,对于各种氧化应激相关疾病的治疗具有重要意义。归纳了红花中的抗氧化活性成分黄酮类、多糖类和生物碱类成分,并对其抗氧化酶、清除自由基、拮抗一氧化氮的作用机制进行总结,以期为红花更好的临床应用提供参考。

Carthami Flos is derived from the dry tubular flowers of Carthamus tinctorius Linn. It is a traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and was used clinically in treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Appropriate antioxidant substances can effectively eliminate excessive free radicals, which is of great significance for the treatment of various oxidative stress-related diseases. This paper describes the antioxidant active components of flavonoids, polysaccharides, and alkaloids in Carthami Flos, and summarizes the mechanism of antioxidant enzymes, scavenging free radicals, and antagonizing nitric oxide, to provide reference for clinical application.
