目的 探讨痹祺胶囊联合盐酸替扎尼定片治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年5月—2021年9月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的112例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，根据随机数字表法将112例患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各56例。对照组口服盐酸替扎尼定片，2 mg/次，3次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上口服痹祺胶囊，1.2 g/次，3次/d。两组连续治疗4周。观察两组临床疗效，比较两组疼痛程度、基底动脉的血流速率（V_m）、动脉收缩期峰值流速（PSV）、血管阻力指数（RI）及血清内皮素-1（ET-1）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、一氧化氮（NO）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者的总有效率（94.6%）明显高于对照组（82.1%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者数字疼痛强度量表（NRS）评分较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组的NRS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的基底动脉V_m、PSV高于治疗前，RI低于治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗后治疗组的基底动脉V_m、PSV比对照组高，RI比对照组低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的血清ET-1、IL-1β、NO水平明显降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组的ET-1、IL-1β、NO水平比对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 痹祺胶囊联合盐酸替扎尼定片可提高椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效，能够降低疼痛程度，改善血流动力学水平，调节血清ET-1、IL-1β、NO水平，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Biqi Capsules combined with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods Patients (112 cases) with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from May 2020 to September 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 56 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets, 2 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Biqi Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the degree of pain, V_m, PSV, and RI of basilar artery, the serum levels of ET-1, NO, and IL-1β in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (94.6%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.1%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NRS score of two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the NRS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, V_m and PSV of basilar artery in two groups were higher than those before treatment, but RI in two groups was lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, V_m and PSV of basilar artery in the treatment groupwere higher than those in the control group, but RI in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of ET-1, IL-1β, and NO in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the levels of ET-1, IL-1β, and NO in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Biqi Capsules Combined with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, reduce the degree of pain, improve the level of hemodynamics, and regulate the serum levels of ET-1, IL-1 and NO, with good safety.
