目的 探讨福尔可定联合头孢唑林钠治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2019年7月-2021年7月河南省人民医院收治的80例急性支气管炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患者静脉滴注注射用头孢唑林钠, 1 g/次加入生理盐水200 mL中, 2次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服复方福尔可定口服溶液, 10 mL/次, 3次/d,两组患者均治疗7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者症状缓解时间,血清因子白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,治疗组疗临床有效率为97.55%,显著高于对照组的80.11%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组症状缓解时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清因子IL-4、PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP水平明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为7.50%,显著低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)。结论 福尔可定联合头孢唑林钠治疗急性支气管炎效果显著,可有效降低支气管炎症反应,症状改善明显,且安全有效。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of pholcodine combined with cefazolin sodium in treatment of acute bronchitis.Methods Patients (80 cases) with acute bronchitis in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefazolin Sodium for injection, 1 g/time added into normal saline 200 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Pholcodine Oral Solution on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the relief time of clinical symptom, the levels of serum factors, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.55%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.11%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum factors IL-4, PCT, IL-6 and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than 17.50% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of pholcodine combined with cefazolin sodium in treatment of acute bronchitis is remarkable, which can effectively reduce the bronchial inflammation, obviously improve the symptoms, and it is safe and effective.
