[摘要]
目的 采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)法测定肠胃舒胶囊中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、没食子酸和血竭素。方法 采用Waters Sunfire C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm); DAD;流动相:乙腈- 0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:木香烃内酯(225 nm)、去氢木香内酯(225 nm)、没食子酸(272 nm)、血竭素(440 nm);体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;进样体积10μL。结果 木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、没食子酸、血竭素分别在0.999~99.900、0.995~99.500、0.275~27.500、0.250~25.000μg/mL线性良好,平均回收率分别为99.2%、99.5%、99.1%、99.9%, RSD值分别为1.1%、1.6%、1.3%、1.7%。结论 本法具有简便、准确等特点,可以用于肠胃舒胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC-DAD method for determination of aucklan lactone, dehydrocarbactone, gallic acid, and draconisin in Changweishu Capsules.Methods Waters Sunfire C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile - 0.2% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase by gradient elution. DAD detector was used for quantitative detection. The detection wavelength were 225 nm (aucklan lactone), 225 nm (dehydrocarbactone), 272 nm (gallic acid), and 440 nm (draconis). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μL.Results The linearity of lignan lactone, dehydrocarbactone, gallic acid and draconisin were good in the range of 0.999 — 99.900 μg/mL, 0.995 — 99.500 μg/mL, 0.275 — 27.500 μg/mL, and 0.250 — 25.000 μg/mL. The average recoveries were 99.2%, 99.5%, 99.1% and 99.9%, with RSD 2.4%, 1.6%, 2.1%, and 1.8%, respectively..Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Changweishu Capsules.
