目的 对"4+7"带量采购5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)抗抑郁药的使用情况进行分析,为医院药事管理提供参考。方法 调取乌鲁木齐市第四人民医院信息系统(HIS)中带量采购实施后1年(2019年11月20日-2020年11月20日)和实施前1年(2018年11月19日-2019年11月19日)医院SSRI类抗抑郁药的使用数量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行分析。结果 "4+7"带量采购政策实施后,帕罗西汀的销售金额显著下降,艾司西酞普兰使用片数有所增长。帕罗西汀的DDDs值与去年持平,艾司西酞普兰的DDDs值有小幅的增长。帕罗西汀与艾司西酞普兰的DDC值与去年同期相比均有明显下降。结论 "4+7"采购政策实施后,乌鲁木齐市第四人民抑郁症患者的用药负担显著下降。

Objective To analyze the use of SSRIs antidepressants in implementation of “4＋7” procurement with quantity, and to provide reference for hospital pharmacy management. Methods Quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, and DDC of SSRI antidepressants after implementation (November 20, 2019 — November 20, 2020) and implementation (November 19, 2018 — November 19, 2019) were collected from the information system of Urumqi No. 4 People's Hospital for analysis. Results After the implementation of “4＋7” procurement with quantity, consumption sum of paroxetine dropped significantly, and the usage quantity of escitalopram was increased, DDDs of paroxetine were the same as last year, DDDs of escitalopram increased slightly. DDC values of paroxetine and escitalopram decreased significantly compared with the same period last year. Conclusion After implementation of “4＋7” procurement with quantity, the medication burden of patients with depression showed a significant decrease.
