目的 探讨胜红清热片联合青霉素钠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年5月—2021年5月在河南大学淮河医院治疗96例慢性盆腔炎患者，根据用药的差别分为对照组和治疗组，每组各48例。对照组静脉滴注注射用青霉素钠，800万U/次，2次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上口服胜红清热片，4片/次，3次/d。两组患者经2周治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组证候改善时间，血清白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-26（IL-26）、单核细胞趋化蛋白1（MCP-1）、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）和降钙素原（PCT）水平，及子宫动脉血流动力参数血管搏动指数（PI）和血管阻力指数（RI）和收缩期峰流速度（Vs）。结果 经治疗，对照组和治疗组患者总有效率分别为83.33%和97.92%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。经治疗，治疗组证候改善时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。经治疗，两组血清IL-1β、IL-26、MCP-1、GM-CSF和PCT水平均明显下降（P<0.05），且治疗组降低更明显（P<0.05）。经治疗，两组患者子宫动脉血流动力参数PI、RI、Vs明显升高（P<0.05），且治疗组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 胜红清热片联合青霉素钠治疗慢性盆腔炎在改善临床症状的同时还具有降低机体促炎因子水平和促进子宫动脉血流动力学改善的作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenghong Qingre Tablets combined with penicillin sodium in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Patients (96 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from May 2020 to May 2021 were divided into control and treatment group according to different treatments, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Benzylpenicillin sodium for injection, 8 million U/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenghong Qingre Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of symptom, the levels of serological indexes IL-1β, IL-26, MCP-1, GM-CSF and PCT, and the hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery of PI, RI and Vs in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 83.33% and 97.92% respectively (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-1 β, IL-26, MCP-1, GM-CSF and PCT were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the uterine artery hemodynamic parameters PI, RI and Vs in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Shenghong Qingre Tablets combined with penicillin sodium in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can not only improve the clinical symptoms, but also reduce the level of pro-inflammatory factors and promote the improvement of uterine artery hemodynamics.
