目的 观察银花泌炎灵片联合盐酸莫西沙星片治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月-2020年1月天津市北辰医院收治74例慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证患者，将所有患者按照随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各37例。对照组口服盐酸莫西沙星片，0.4 g/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服银花泌炎灵片，4片/次，4次/d。两组均连续治疗6周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的采用美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH-CPSI）评分、白细胞计数（WBC）、白细胞介素10（IL-10）、白细胞介素1β（IL-1β）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率（91.89%）高于对照组（62.16%）（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组NIH-CPSI评分、前列腺液WBC均较治疗前降低（P<0.05）；且治疗组NIH-CPSI评分、前列腺液WBC均低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低（P<0.05）；且治疗组IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 银花泌炎灵片联合盐酸莫西沙星片治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证有较好疗效，可改善临床症状和指标，降低炎症因子水平，且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (74 cases) with syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat of chronic prostatitis in Tianjin Beichen Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 37 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.4 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinhua Miyanling Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, four times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and NIH-CPSI score, WBC, the levels of IL-10, IL-1β, and TNF-α in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (91.89%) was higher than 62.16% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIH-CPSI scores and the WBC of prostatic fluid in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the NIH-CPSI score and the WBC of prostatic fluid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10, IL-1β, and TNF-α in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-10, IL-1β, and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat of chronic prostatitis, can improve the clinical symptoms and indicators of patients, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, with good safety.
