目的 观察补肾止颤方颗粒治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病的临床疗效。方法 符合标准的80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组口服补肾止颤方颗粒剂，对照组口服补肾止颤方安慰剂，两组均治疗12周。分别在治疗6、12周观察国际运动障碍学会统一帕金森病评定量表（MDS-UPDRS）评分、帕金森病生活质量量表（PDQ-39）评分变化。结果 和治疗前相比，治疗组MDS-UPDRS评分、PDQ-39评分在治疗6、12周均显著下降（P<0.05）；且治疗12周时，治疗组MDS-UPDRS评分、PDQ-39评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 补肾止颤方可改善肝肾不足型帕金森病患者症状及生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhiquan Decoction Granules in treatment of Parkinson's Disease of liver and kidney deficiency. Method Eighty patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into control and treatment group. The treatment group was given Bushen Zhiquan Decoction Granules, and the control group was given Bushen Zhiquan Decoction placebo. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The International Society of Movement Disorders Uniform Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) and Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Scale (PDQ-39) scores were observed at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, MDS-UPDRS score and PDQ-39 score in treatment group were significantly decreased at 6 and 12 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, MDS-UPDRS score and PDQ-39 score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Zhiquan Decoction Granules can improve the symptoms and life quality of patients with Parkinson's disease of liver and kidney deficiency.
