目的 观察舒脑欣滴丸对脑缺血模型大鼠恢复期的治疗作用,并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法 采用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,给药组ig给予舒脑欣滴丸(13、26、52 mg/kg),观察其对模型大鼠恢复期各项指标的影响。通过平衡木实验考察大鼠肢体功能;通过前肢抓力测定,考察肌力功能;通过血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和IL-6测定,观察炎症因子变化;通过血小板激活因子(PAF)测定,观察血小板活化状态;通过脑组织HE染色,显微镜下观察病理学改变,考察海马、皮层神经元数目以及病理学变化。结果 脑缺血损伤模型大鼠恢复期用舒脑欣滴丸治疗后,受损的运动功能显著改善,前肢抓力明显增加,学习记忆能力明显改善,血清内炎症因子IL-1β和IL-6水平显著降低,海马CA1区神经元和皮层运动区神经元均显著增加。结论 舒脑欣滴丸ig给药,对脑缺血模型大鼠恢复期有良好的治疗作用,其治疗作用机制可能与抑制炎症因子以及减轻皮层运动区与海马CA1区神经元损伤有关。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shunaoxin Dropping Pill on the recovery period of cerebral ischemia model rats, and to explore its mechanism. Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was induced by silk thread method, and Shunaoxin Dropping Pill was administrated by gavage to observe its effect on various indexes of recovery period. The limb function of rats was observed by balance beam test. The muscle strength function was measured through the measurement of the grasping force of the forelimb. IL-1 β and IL-6 were measured by ELISA to observe the changes of inflammatory factors. Platelet activating factor (PAF) was measured to observe platelet activation. The number of neurons and pathological changes in hippocampus and cortex were observed by HE staining. Results After the rats in the recovery period of cerebral ischemia injury were given Shunaoxin Dropping Pills, the motor function of rats was significantly improved, the grasping power of the forelimb and the learning and memory of the rats were significantly increased, the levels of IL-1 β and IL-6 in plasma decreased significantly, and the number of neurons in CA1 and motor cortex increased significantly. Conclusion Shunaoxin Dropping Pill has a good therapeutic effect on the recovery period of stroke, and its mechanism may be related with inhibition on inflammatory factors and reduction of injury of neurons in hippocampus and cortex.
