目的 探讨藿胆片联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年10月-2019年12月天津市宁河区医院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者80例，随机分为对照组（40例）和治疗组（40例）。对照组口服桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊，1粒/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服藿胆片，3~5片/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗8周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者视觉模拟评分（VAS），炎症因子白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和C反应蛋白（CRP）水平，及鼻黏液纤毛传输速度。结果 治疗后，对照组临床有效率为70.00%，显著低于治疗组的90.00%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组症状VAS均显著下降（P<0.05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者IL-2、TNF-α、CRP均显著下降（P<0.05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者鼻黏液纤毛传输速度均显著加快（P<0.05），且治疗组比对照组明显快（P<0.05）。结论 桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合藿胆片治疗慢性鼻窦炎效果显著，可有效改善炎症反应和鼻黏液纤毛传输速度，安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huodan Tablets combined with Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with chronic sinusitis in Tianjin Ninghe Hospital from October 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control (40 cases) and treatment (40 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huodan Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3-5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the VAS, the inflammatory factors level of IL-2, TNF-α and CRP, and the nasal mucociliary transport velocity in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 70.00%, which was significantly lower than 90.00% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the inflammatory factors level of IL-2, TNF-α and CRP in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the nasal mucociliary transport velocity in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huodan Tablets combined with Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic sinusitis, which effectively improve the inflammatory reaction and nasal mucociliary transmission speed, with good safety.
