目的 探讨双丹颗粒联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年2月—2020年1月洛阳市第三人民医院收治的120例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象，将全部患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组口服瑞舒伐他汀钙片，10 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服双丹颗粒，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者连续治疗6周。观察两组的心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效，比较两组患者的发作频率、每次持续时间、硝酸甘油用量、血脂和血清因子指标水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的心绞痛总有效率分别为80.00%、93.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，对照组和治疗组的心电图总有效率分别为71.67%、86.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组发作频率、每次持续时间、硝酸甘油用量显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的发作频率、每次持续时间、硝酸甘油用量比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的CRP、IL-1 β、Hcy低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 双丹颗粒联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效，能够减轻心绞痛症状，降低血脂和炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shuangdan Granules combined with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (120 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Luoyang Third People's Hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shuangdan Granules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the curative effect of angina pectoris, the electrocardiogram effect, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin, the levels of blood lipid, the levels of serum factor indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of angina pectoris in the control and treatment group were 80.00% and 93.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram effect of angina pectoris in the control and treatment group were 71.67% and 86.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin of two groups were significantly decreased, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). And after treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of cholesterol, triacylglycerol, and LDL-C in two groups were significantly decreased, and there was difference between two groups (P< 0.05). And after treatment, the levels of cholesterol, triacylglycerol, and LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1β, and Hcy in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). And after treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1β, and Hcy in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuangdan Granules combined with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris, reduce blood lipid and inflammatory reaction.
