目的 探讨调经促孕丸联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年6月南阳市中心医院收治的肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者190例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各95例。对照组口服盐酸二甲双胍片，100 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组则在对照组的基础上口服调经促孕丸，5 g/次，2次/d。两组均以7 d为1个疗程，连续用药3个疗程后停止用药，待下个经期第5天后再次用药3个疗程。两组均治疗3个月经周期。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较两组的激素指标、排卵率、妊娠率。结果 治疗后，治疗组的临床总有效率为88.42%，高于对照组的76.84%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组睾酮（T）、促黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平均显著下降（P<0.05），且治疗组的激素水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组的排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 调经促孕丸联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效显著，可改善机体激素水平，提高排卵率、妊娠率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of infertility of obese polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Patients (190 cases) with infertility of obese polycystic ovary syndrome in Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 95 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets, 100 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, twice daily. A course of treatment had 7 d, and patients in two groups were stopped taking drugs after 3 courses of treatment. And at the fifth day of the next menstrual period, the drug was given again for 3 courses. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and hormone indexes, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.42%, which was higher than 76.84% of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of infertility of obese polycystic ovary syndrome, can improve hormone level, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
