目的 评价中国人民武装警察部队特色医学中心呼吸科住院患者鼻饲给药的情况，促进鼻饲给药的合理性。方法 采用回顾性分析方法，调查中国人民武装警察部队特色医学中心呼吸科2019年9~12月鼻饲给药的247例患者病历，对药物的使用情况和合理性等进行统计分析。结果 采用鼻饲给药途径患者共计247例，涉及药物品种46种，应用频次达2 672次。鼻饲用药主要剂型包括混悬剂、注射剂、乳剂、普通片剂、缓释片、控释片、肠溶片、软胶囊、硬胶囊等。鼻饲法给药不合理应用共计520例次，药物配伍不当194例，不合理应用剂型326例，其中单次给药药品种最高达9种。结论 由于医护人员对药物专业知识的不足，临床鼻饲用药存在一些不合理情况，需要进一步调整。药师需要在临床用药前实施更多地干预，以确保用药的安全性和有效性。

Objective To evaluate the rationality of medication through nasal feeding tube in Department of Respiration in Characteristic Medical Center of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force for rational medication. Methods Totally 247 patients administered drugs through nasal feeding tube in Department of Respiration in Characteristic Medical Center of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force from September to December in 2019 were reviewed. Medical records and drug administration were analyzed. Results Forty six drugs (used for 2 645 times) were administered through nasal feeding tube. The dosage forms included suspensions, injections, tablets, sustained release tablets, and sustained controlled tablets, enteric-coated tablets, soft capsules and hard capsules. Inappropriate nasal feeding times were found in 520 cases, drug incompatibility with 194 times, preparation irrational with 326 times. Conclusion There were some unreasonable medication through nasal feeding tube in Characteristic Medical Center of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force, which should be improved and avoided. Pharmacists should take more intervention in advance to promote the safety and efficiency of medication treatment.
