近年来,冠状病毒感染人体事件频繁发生,给人类造成了巨大损失。新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)不仅传播迅速,而且具有致命性,目前已构成全球大流行,导致了数十万人的死亡。因此SARS-CoV-2的及时诊疗十分重要。由于冠状病毒的结构蛋白在病毒复制感染传播过程中发挥重要作用,所以综述了基于此次SARS-CoV-2 4种结构蛋白S、E、M、N的相关诊断治疗预防技术的研究进展,为更好地深入了解冠状病毒的致病机制以及为临床检出和药物疫苗研发提供有力支持。

In recent years, coronavirus infections have occurred frequently, causing huge losses to humans. The new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) not only spread rapidly, but is also lethal. It has now constituted a global pandemic, resulting in the death of hundreds of thousands of people. Therefore, the timely diagnosis and treatment of new coronavirus is very important. Since coronavirus structural proteins play an important role in the process of viral replication, infection and transmission. The research progress on diagnostic, therapeutic and prevention technologies based on this new coronavirus structural proteins S, E, M, and N is reviewed in this paper, in order to better understand the pathogenic mechanism of coronavirus as well as provide strong support for clinical detection, drug development, and vaccine preparation.
