目的 分析麒麟丸联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法 选择2017年1月-2019年1月在内蒙古林业总医院治疗的月经不调患者151例，随机分为对照组（75利）和治疗组（76例）。对照组饭后温水口服戊酸雌二醇片，2片/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组用药的基础上口服麒麟丸，6 g/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗12周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者孕酮（P）、雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）等激素水平和临床症状评分。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为72.00%和90.79%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者P、E2、LH等激素水平均显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组腰骶酸痛、神疲乏力、小乳房胀痛、畏寒肢冷、腹胀痛等临床症状评分均显著降低（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组临床症状评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 麒麟丸联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗月经不调，可明显改善患者激素水平及临床症状，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qilin Pills combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets in treatment of irregular menstruation. Methods Patients (151 cases) with irregular menstruation in Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control (75 cases) and treatment (76 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Estradiol Valerate Tablets after meals, 2 tablets/times, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qilin Pills on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the hormone levels of P, E2 and LH, and the clinical symptom scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 72.00% and 90.79% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the hormone levels of P, E2, and LH in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of lumbosacral pain, mental fatigue, small breast swelling pain, chills and cold limbs, and abdominal distension pain in both groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qilin Pills combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets in treatment of irregular menstruation can significantly improve the hormones level and clinical symptoms, which has significant curative effect and good safety.
