目的 探讨大黄虫胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年5月—2018年9月在湖北省中医院就诊的104例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各52例。对照组口服米非司酮片，10 mg/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服大黄虫胶囊，1.6 g/次，2次/d。两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组内膜血流状态、包块直径、性激素水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.77%、94.23%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的动脉收缩期与舒张期峰值流速比值（S/D）、阻力指数（RI）、搏动指数（PI）、血管血流指数（VFI）、包块直径均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组的S/D、RI、PI、VFI、包块直径均低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后治疗组的E₂、P、FSH、LH水平均低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 大黄虫胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症具有较好的临床疗效，可改善内膜血流状态，调节性激素水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dahuang Zhechong Capsules combined with Mifepristone Tablets in treatment of endometriosis. Methods Patients (104 cases) with endometriosis in Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 52 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mifepristone Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Dahuang Zhechong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.6 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and endometrial blood flow, block diameter, and sex hormone levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.77% and 94.23%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, S/D, RI, PI, VFI, and block diameter in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂, P, FSH, and LH in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the sex hormone observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong Capsules combined with mifepristone has clinical curative effect in treatment of endometriosis, can improve the condition of endometrial blood flow, and regulate the level of sex hormones, which has a certain clinical application value.
